Allie is the Community Manager for Colony House Apartments & Townhomes in Murfreesboro. She has served in the apartment industry for 4 years between both Tennessee and Alabama with a background in multi-family, student housing, and affordable housing.

Pamela Adair - RASA Floors

Pamela has been in the multifamily industry for over 14 years and spent most of that time on site in property management. Before making the change to the Supplier side with Floors First in 2021, she worked her way from Leasing Consultant, to Assistant Manager, and then on to Property Manager at her final property in a lease up with Preferred Apartment Communities. She has been in Customer Service since she was 15 years old. Pamela loves meeting new people, growing relationships, and genuinely just taking care of people. Because of her experience, she is uniquely qualified to help her friends, clients, and other associates navigate their way through the day to day challenges of on-site life in the multifamily industry. In her off time, you can fully expect her to be spending her time with her husband, her sweet little girl, Raylan, and three fur-babies at home in the country.

Rita Cook - Roto Rooter Plumbing

Rita wears many hats but mostly she is the office manager for Roto Rooter where she has been with them for 28 years. When she is not working wonders in the housing industry, she assists in jail ministry (which she has done for the last 20 years) and loves the calling God has allowed her. Rita has been a part of the PMA for 15 years, served as president in 2017-2018, and has been treasurer since 2019.
